Answers to some of the questions we hear most often. If you don't see yours, we're happy to help.
What neurological conditions do you treat?
Our team cares for a broad range of conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, and
nervous system — including migraines and headaches, seizures and epilepsy, movement
disorders such as Parkinson's disease, memory and cognitive concerns including Alzheimer's
disease, neuropathy, and follow-up care after a stroke. If you're unsure whether we can
help, please reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can call us at (508) 717-8903 during office hours, or use our
Contact Us page to send a message and we'll get back to you. Please include
a phone number so we can reach you to confirm.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card, a current list of medications and
supplements, and any relevant prior records — including test results, imaging, or notes
from other providers. If your insurance requires a referral, bring that as well. Arriving
a few minutes early to complete paperwork helps your visit run smoothly.
Do I need a referral, and do you accept my insurance?
Whether a referral is required depends on your specific insurance plan. We work with many
major insurers, but coverage can vary, so we recommend calling your provider to confirm
your benefits before your visit. If you have questions, contact our office at
(508) 717-8903 and we'll do our best to help.
Where are you located, and what are your hours?
We're located at 237 State Road, Dartmouth, MA. Our office is typically open Monday through Friday, 9:00
AM to 5:00 PM, with hours subject to change on holidays. For directions or to confirm
hours, please call (508) 717-8903.
